Job Description

Electrical Foreman Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead field crews and oversee electrical installations from planning through completion. This role is responsible for crew coordination, productivity, quality, safety, materials, and daily field operations. Qualifications 8+ years of electrical construction experience with a High School Diploma/GED. 6+ years with an Associate Degree. Journeyman Electrician license preferred; must obtain within 6 months if not currently licensed. Strong knowledge of electrical codes, drawings, specifications, and installation practices. Previous experience leading electrical crews. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities for electrical crews. Assign work, monitor productivity, and track daily labor hours and completed quantities. Ensure installations meet project specifications, electrical codes, and quality standards. Review drawings and coordinate with project management and other trades. Identify and resolve field issues, quality concerns, and installation deficiencies. Coordinate materials, tools, equipment, and information needed for crews. Maintain accurate as-built drawings and daily project documentation. Conduct quality inspections and ensure corrective work is completed properly. Promote jobsite safety and ensure required safety procedures and documentation are followed. Maintain accountability for tools, equipment, and materials. Keep assigned work areas clean and organized. Communicate project progress, manpower needs, material requirements, and field issues to management. Ideal Candidate A hands-on electrical leader with strong field experience who can effectively manage crews, maintain quality and safety standards, and keep electrical work progressing according to schedule.
Pay:
$45.00 - $49.00 per hour
