Job Description Job Description Job Description We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Foreman to lead our electrical team on-site and ensure the successful execution of electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong technical background and a passion for safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the work of electricians and electrical crews. Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Plan and schedule daily work activities and project phases. Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes. Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and clients. Train and mentor junior electricians and apprentices.

Qualifications:

Valid electrician's license or certification. Minimum X years of experience in electrical work, with Y years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of NEC and other relevant electrical codes. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Physical ability to work in various environments and conditions.
