Job Description

Practice:
Noble Integrative Health Location:
College Park, MD (7307 Baltimore Ave, Suite 208)
Engagement:
1099 Independent Contractor • Launch Partner for a New Service Line Overview Noble Integrative Health is an integrative acupuncture and Chinese medicine practice specializing in women's reproductive and hormonal health and integrative oncology support. We are launching a new Stretch Therapy service line and seeking a dedicated, experienced, and certified Stretch Therapist to help bring it to life. The ideal candidate has a deep working knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics, and the clinical judgment to tailor every session to the individual in front of them. Above all, this person genuinely loves helping people feel better in their bodies. This is a hands-on role centered on personalized, one-on-one care in a calm, healing-focused environment . You'll be helping people move, breathe, and release tension with intention and skill. Responsibilities Deliver individualized, table-based stretch therapy sessions that improve clients' mobility, flexibility, and natural range of motion. Conduct a thorough intake and range-of-motion assessment before each new client's first session, screening carefully for injuries, surgeries, and contraindications. Apply your knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics to work safely and effectively, adapting technique to each client's body and health history. Educate clients on what you're doing and why, helping them understand their own movement and tension patterns. Exercise sound clinical judgment — knowing when to modify, when to proceed, and when to pause and seek physician clearance. Coordinate with lead practitioner and clinical team so stretch therapy integrates smoothly with each client's broader care.
Help shape the launch:
contribute to session design, flow, and the overall client experience as we build this program from the ground up. Maintain clean, professional session notes and a warm, welcoming presence.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
Certified Stretch Therapist — current certification in Fascial Stretch Therapy (Stretch to Win Institute) or an equivalent, recognized assisted-stretching methodology. An active underlying license or credential in a relevant field — Certified stretch therapy, strongly preferred Strong foundation in anatomy and physiology as they relate to movement, mobility, and soft-tissue work. Background in kinesiology, exercise science, or a related field, with real fluency in body mechanics. Experienced — a demonstrated track record of hands-on work with clients, not a first-time practitioner. Well-developed contraindication awareness — you can speak clearly to how you'd adapt or defer treatment for medically complex clients. Your own professional liability insurance. A genuine love of helping people, and the patience and presence to make each client feel cared for. A strong fit will also have: Comfort working as an independent contractor and helping build something new. A warm, professional demeanor that matches the calm, elegant tone of our practice. The Engagement This is a 1099 independent contractor role and a genuine launch-partner opportunity — you won't be inheriting an established book of business, you'll be helping create the offering itself and growing with it. Compensation is structured as a per-session rate or revenue split, discussed with candidates, with room to grow as the program builds. Scheduling is flexible and built around mutual availability. To Apply Please send a brief note about your background and why this role speaks to you, along with proof of your stretch therapy certification and underlying license. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a hands-on working session as part of the interview. Noble Integrative Health is an equal opportunity practice. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds.
