Electrical Site Superintendent/Foreman This is a full-time permanent direct placement opportunity.

Their commitment to excellence has earned them a reputation as a trusted partner in the industry. The estimated pay range for this role is $40 - $60 per hour based on experience
Responsibilities & Duties:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of electricians and other electrical workers on-site Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other project documentation Plan and execute electrical installations according to project specifications Monitor project progress and conduct quality inspections to ensure proper installations Manage project schedules, material procurement, and budget adherence Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues as they arise Coordinate with other subcontractors to ensure seamless project integration Inspect and test electrical systems and components to identify hazards and defects Maintain accurate records of project progress, employee performance, and compliance with regulations
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as site foreman or superintendent over at least 15 workers Experience in large-scale commercial or multi family electrical projects Must be familiar with lighting control & fire alarm systems High school diploma or GED Master or Journeyman Electrician license highly desired Proficiency with project management software and tools Strong understanding of electrical codes and regulations Proven track record of successfully managing electrical teams and projects Strong communication and leadership abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
