Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Construction Foreman to lead and oversee outdoor landscaping projects from start to finish. In this role, you will manage a team of skilled crew members, coordinate hardscaping construction projects, and ensure the successful execution of landscape installations , Paver patios , Concrete , Decks , Fences will drive quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase leadership skills while working outdoors in diverse environments, ensuring that each project is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Lead and supervise landscaping crews during hardscaping construction projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope. Oversee all aspects of landscape installation including planting, lawn care, irrigation setup, and grounds maintenance. Manage equipment operation such as groundskeeping tools, construction machinery, and company vehicles with safety and efficiency in mind. Enforce safety protocols across all outdoor work activities to maintain a secure work environment for team members. Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members to ensure project goals are met with precision and professionalism. Skills Extensive outdoor work experience with a focus on landscaping, groundskeeping, or horticulture. Proven supervising experience leading teams in landscape or construction projects. Strong knowledge of lawn care practices, landscape maintenance techniques, and plant identification. Skilled in hardscaping construction including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscape features. Experience managing irrigation systems—installation, troubleshooting, repairs—and water conservation practices. Ability to operate grounds maintenance equipment safely and efficiently; familiarity with construction machinery is a plus. Leadership qualities with the ability to manage crew schedules, assign tasks effectively, and motivate team members.
