About the Role As a Working Foreman, you will oversee commercial electrical projects from start to finish while actively working alongside your crew. You will coordinate daily field operations, ensure projects remain on schedule, enforce safety standards, and verify that all work meets quality expectations and applicable electrical codes. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can guide a team, solve problems efficiently, and maintain a high standard of workmanship. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial projects. Coordinate daily work assignments, materials, and field activities. Perform hands-on electrical installation, troubleshooting, and repair work. Read and interpret electrical blueprints, plans, and specifications. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the NEC. Monitor project progress, quality, and adherence to schedules. Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and management. Promote a safe, organized, and productive job site. Qualifications and Requirements At least 4 years of commercial and/or residential electrical experience. Journeyman Electrician License preferred. Strong knowledge of wiring, troubleshooting, trim installation, and fixture installation. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical plans. Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC). Demonstrated leadership and crew-management experience. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
