Foreman Construction (Outdoor Decking Projects)

FA Outdoor Spaces FA Outdoor Spaces is hiring an experienced Foreman to lead our field crews on high-quality outdoor construction projects (decks, sunrooms, screen porches, patios, etc.) across the Delmarva / Eastern Shore region. This is a leadership role for someone who takes pride in running efficient, well-executed jobs. Compensation & Benefits $40/hour Company truck provided Full benefits package (health insurance, 401(k), paid vacation, etc.) Responsibilities Lead and manage a crew on-site from start to finish Ensure projects are completed on time and done right the first time Read and execute project plans and layouts Coordinate materials, equipment, and daily workflow Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site Communicate with project managers to keep jobs on track Qualifications 5+ years of construction experience (carpentry/outdoor living preferred) Proven experience leading crews and running jobs independently Strong understanding of construction methods and best practices Problem-solver with the ability to make decisions in the field Valid driver's license
