Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Foreman to lead and supervise construction projects from start to finish. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate daily operations on-site, ensure safety compliance, manage teams of skilled workers, and uphold the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Your leadership will drive project success, foster teamwork, and ensure that all work is completed on time, within scope, and according to specifications. Duties Oversee daily construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, schematics, and safety protocols Supervise and coordinate the efforts of subcontractors, laborers, and vendors to maintain workflow efficiency Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction processes Conduct quality control inspections to verify work meets specifications and industry standards Ensure all team members are trained in construction site safety procedures and proper equipment use Use a frontend loader to unload trucks and move inventory around the lot. Perform repairs on damaged inventory. Skills Proven experience supervising construction sites with strong leadership capabilities in managing teams and subcontractors Ability to read complex blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, vendors, workers, and management Hands-on experience working on heavy equipment Demonstrated supervising experience in a fast-paced construction environment with a focus on quality control and safety compliance Valid drivers license for off location repairs.
