Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Shed Factory Manager to lead our manufacturing operations with energy and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire production process, ensuring that all aspects of shed fabrication meet quality standards. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimize production workflows, and foster a culture of excellence within the plant. Monday-Friday with Saturday optional. 40 hours a week. Duties Lead and coordinate all manufacturing activities within the shed production facility, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols. Manage production planning using Salesforce to schedule operations, allocate resources, and monitor progress. Oversee quality control measures to ensure that all sheds meet specified standards and customer expectations. Operate Fork Lift to resupply builders with materials, and move sheds daily as needed. Supervise plant management activities including intake of building supplies and weekly inventory counts. Qualifications Dependable transportation to the job. Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment, preferably in wood or steel shed fabrication or similar industries. Willing to train the right person. Possess great communication skills and computer literacy. Mechanical knowledge related to assembly processes and plant machinery operation is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to work independently or in a team setting. Excellent organizational skills
