Job Description
Preservix Property Care is a property preservation and occupied maintenance company expanding our vendor network across Maine . We are seeking experienced, reliable, and fully equipped Independent Property Preservation Contractors to handle ongoing field service work orders. We have consistent volume across various counties and are looking for professional vendors who can deliver high-quality results within strict timelines.
Core Responsibilities:
Property Maintenance:
Lawn care, snow removal, and routine property upkeep.Securing & Winterization:
Lock changes, lockboxes, boarding windows/doors, and full system winterizations.Debris & Hazard Removal:
Complete trash-outs, interior/exterior debris removal, and hazard abatement.Minor Repairs:
Roof tarping, gutter cleaning, drywall patching, and minor carpentry.Documentation:
Capturing detailed, clear before, during, and after photos of all work and uploading them via our field application system with accurate descriptions.Requirements:
Experience:
Proven experience in property preservation, REO maintenance, or general contracting and use of PPW app.Tools & Equipment:
Must own reliable transportation (truck/trailer), air compressor, generator, lawn equipment, and standard hand/power tools.Technology:
Smartphone or tablet with internet access for real-time mobile updating and photo submissions.Insurance:
Active General Liability insurance (and Workers' Comp if you have employees).Background Check:
Ability to pass a standard industry background check (Aspen Grove/ABC number preferred but not required).To Apply:
