Job Description

This diverse range of services saves customers time, energy, and cost when evaluating several subcontractors on the same project. Our team works out of a newly built office in Brighton, providing a welcome space that supports teamwork, connection, and day-to-day collaboration. The Pipe Crew Foreman Position The Pipe Crew Foreman leads the successful execution of pipe installation projects, bringing hands-on pipe installation experience, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to make sound decisions in the field. The Foreman works in the field directly with the crew, leading pipe installation work on projects that typically range from a few weeks to a few months in duration. The Pipe Crew Foreman plans and manages pipe installation work, builds out crew and project schedules, monitors attendance and work performance, all while upholding safety regulations, including trench and excavation safety on every job. The Pipe Crew Foreman directs the use of machinery and equipment, delegates responsibilities across the crew, mentors field staff, and keeps leadership regularly updated on job progress. Desired Experience, Skills, and Abilities for the Pipe Crew Foreman 5+ years of construction experience, including hands-on installation of underground pipe (water, sewer, and/or storm) is required Additional experience with sitework is preferred Prior experience as a Pipe Foreman, Utility Foreman, or Crew Lead preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a commitment to jobsite safety Compensation and Benefits for the Pipe Crew Foreman This is a full-time position with a competitive pay rate and benefits package.
