THE ROLE

As a Commercial Roofing Foreman , you will play a key role in leading and managing roofing projects to ensure successful completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing and directing crews during the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems . Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with Weather Shield's standards . Troubleshooting and resolving roofing issues while effectively communicating with team members and clients. Managing materials, equipment, and job site organization to keep projects on track. Leading by example with a positive, hardworking attitude while guiding your team to meet project deadlines. Enforcing strict adherence to safety protocols and ensuring all team members follow proper procedures.

EXPERIENCE

2+ years of experience in a commercial roofing leadership role, such as Foreman or Lead Technician. Extensive knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, etc.) and materials. Proven ability to lead crews , delegate tasks, and manage job sites effectively. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to challenges in the field. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Commitment to promoting a safe work environment and preventing accidents on the job.
