The Mechanical Foreman is responsible for overseeing installation crews, coordinating work assignments, ensuring high-quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and completing projects on time and within budget. The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $50,800 to $69,850 salary at the time of posting. What you will do in thisRole:
Complete assigned mechanical installation tasks safely and efficiently as advised by site supervisionConveyor System Layout & Pre-Assembly:
Plan and complete conveyor layouts, verify component fit, and pre-assemble conveyor sections for efficient on-site installation.Header Steel, Platform, & Structural Steel Installation :
Lead installation of structural elements , including header steel, platforms, and other steel frameworks to ensure mechanical systems are securely and accurately installed. Take personal responsibility for your safety and the safety of others on-siteConveyor Installation, Guardrail, & Rack Systems:
Install conveyors, safety guardrails, and racking systems with attention to alignment, structural integrity, and operational efficiency.Equipment Detailing & Run-In Activities:
Perform detailed installation tasks, validate mechanical assemblies, and conduct initial run-in testing to confirm accurate function before commissioning. Provide mentorship, basic training, and support to less experienced personnel Physically handle jobsite demands, including lifting at least 50 lbs , pushing, pulling, squatting, crawling, and walking across large construction sites in various climates and conditions What we are looking for: High School diploma or equivalent work experience; technical degree or specialized training preferred but not required Minimum 2-5 years of experience installing and/or maintaining conveyor or material handling equipment Travel 100% to customer sites across the United States, using your personal vehicle . Valid driver's license required Coordinate daily work activities, assigning tasks and supervise daily progress Conduct daily Tool Box talks, maintain safety documentation as well as Gensuite audits and ensure compliance with safety laws, site policies and company standards. Will need to acquire OSHA 30 certification upon hire. Coordinate with internal project teams, G eneral Contractors and other trades Ability to lead small to intermediate groups of teams composed of a diverse set of backgrounds and capabilities Ability to detect and resolve technical issues with existing systems and/or work being performedBenefits
