Subcontractors for home improvement and renovations

Job Description

Skilled Contractors & Small Trade Businesses — Let's Grow Together WorldStarPunchOut LLC is building a network of independent trade partners for residential and commercial property-service projects. We're looking for skilled contractors and small service businesses that are great at what they do — but would rather spend their time doing the work than constantly chasing the next customer. If you're strong in your trade but sales, prospecting, estimating, customer follow-up, or face-to-face closing isn't your strength, we may be able to complement each other. You Handle Your Trade. We Help Develop the Business. Our goal is to build mutually beneficial relationships with independent contractors where each side contributes what it does best.
You bring:
Trade knowledge, quality workmanship, tools, experience, and reliable project execution.
We bring:
Business development, customer communication, lead generation, project coordination, estimating support, sales, and relationship management. When either side identifies a potential project, we can determine whether it makes sense to pursue together.
That could mean:
We bring you opportunities: When we develop a project that requires your trade, we can contact you to discuss scope, availability, pricing, and fulfillment.
You bring us opportunities:
If someone contacts you about a project that you can perform but you're uncomfortable handling the sales process, estimating, customer meetings, follow-up, or closing, we may be able to step in and help develop and close the opportunity.
We pursue larger opportunities together:
Some projects require multiple trades, additional manpower, project coordination, or a stronger sales and customer-management presence. The right relationships allow us to pursue opportunities that either business might otherwise pass on. Trades We're Interested In Handyman services, painting, drywall, carpentry, flooring, cleaning and turnovers, landscaping, junk removal, pressure washing, exterior maintenance, renovation, installation, property maintenance, and other residential or commercial trades. The Kind of Partner We're Looking For We're particularly interested in contractors who think: "I'm good at the work. I just don't enjoy selling it." You don't need to become a salesperson. We want to build relationships where skilled tradespeople can concentrate on excellent execution while we concentrate on developing customers, communicating professionally, coordinating projects, and helping turn opportunities into paying work. We're looking for people who are dependable, communicate clearly, stand behind their workmanship, have appropriate tools and transportation, and want to develop a long-term professional relationship. How Projects Work Every opportunity is evaluated individually. Before work begins, we'll establish the scope, responsibilities, schedule, compensation, and which business is contracting with the customer. There are no guaranteed projects, hours, or income, and neither party is obligated to accept every opportunity. This is an independent business relationship — not a traditional hourly employment position. Let's Build Something We're not looking to simply collect names on a subcontractor list. We're looking for capable people we can develop business with. If you're excellent at your trade and want a business-development partner who is willing to help pursue customers, communicate with prospects, and close projects, we'd like to talk.
Apply with your:
Name/business name, primary trade, service area, experience, typical project size, photos/examples of previous work, and a short explanation of what you're looking for in a business relationship. You don't have to be great at everything required to run a contracting business. You need to be great at your part. We'll bring ours.
