BrookContracting is a growing construction company specializing in residential and/or commercial projects. We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and hands-on Construction Foreman to lead our crews and ensure high-quality work on every job site. ⸻ Responsibilities Supervise and lead construction crews on daily tasks Coordinate job site scheduling, deliveries, and subcontractors Ensure all work meets company standards and project specifications Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and scope documents Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Report project progress and issues to management Train new workers and assist with hands-on labor as needed Enforce safety rules and company policies Have some experience with JobTread application ( Preferred ) ⸻ Requirements 3-5 years of experience in construction, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of carpentry, framing, concrete, or general construction Ability to read blueprints and project plans Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to problem-solve on the job and keep projects on schedule Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions Must be able to travel 90% of the time. ⸻ Preferred Qualifications Experience running small crews OSHA certification (not required but a plus) ⸻ What We Offer Competitive pay (based on experience) Overtime opportunities Company vehicle or fuel allowance (if applicable) Growth opportunities within the company ⸻ How to Apply Apply directly through Indeed or send your resume to: elisabeths@brookcontracting.com You may also call [989-600-5105 ] to schedule an interview.
