Job Description

Position Summary:
This is a hands-on field position responsible for completing and leading warranty work, landscape repairs, seasonal property care, and small enhancement projects. The employee serves as the primary field representative for the Client Care & Enhancements division, providing excellent workmanship and professional communication. You may initially work independently, with the opportunity to lead additional crew members as the division grows.
Core Responsibilities:
Perform and lead a variety of landscape service and enhancement projects. Execute warranty repairs and plant replacements according to company standards. Provide property maintenance, including shrub trimming, edging, pruning, cleanup, mulch installation, winter protection, drainage work, lighting adjustments, and minor hardscape or outdoor-structure repairs. Organize daily work plans to maximize productivity and ensure efficient use of time. Maintain professional, courteous communication with clients regarding work progress and status. Document jobs accurately by capturing before, progress, and after photographs. Maintain precise records of labor hours, material usage, and job progress using mobile systems. Ensure the safe and responsible use of all company vehicles, trailers, tools, and equipment. Conduct quality-control inspections to verify work is completed correctly before leaving a property. Lead assigned field support staff as the division grows.
Qualifications:
Three or more years of relevant landscape, enhancement, maintenance, warranty, hardscape, horticulture, or property-service experience preferred. Previous foreman or crew-leadership experience is preferred. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Strong landscape knowledge and demonstrated problem-solving ability. Ability to use or learn mobile job-management systems. Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds safely. Ability to work outdoors in all Michigan weather conditions. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are preferred, but not required.

Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
