per hour Key Responsibilities Measure, cut, bend, fabricate, and install copper, PVC, CPVC, and steel piping Perform copper brazing, soldering, threading, and steel pipe assembly Install valves, hangers, supports, flanges, and related piping components Diagnose issues, repair leaks, and troubleshoot plumbing systems Ensure compliance with plumbing and building codes Coordinate materials, labor, and equipment to meet project schedules Train and mentor apprentices on proper techniques and safety practices Collaborate with other departments as needed Enforce all safety procedures and quality standards Preferred Qualifications Backflow certification Rigging Knowledge Use of rigging hardware (hooks, shackles, wire rope clips, clamps, eye bolts, tag lines) Load configuration, positioning, and weight calculations Rigger 2 training experience Physical Requirements Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and near loud equipment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to work in hot and cold environments and on uneven terrain Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application.
