Job Description

Trinity Electric Services is a growing electrical contractor performing commercial and large-scale electrical projects across Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana. We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead crews in the field and support high-quality project execution. This position is open to experienced Apprentice Foremen or Journeymen with proven leadership experience running crews and managing jobsite activities. Position Overview The Electrical Foreman is responsible for supervising field crews, coordinating daily work activities, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to code. This role works closely with project management and ownership to maintain quality and productivity standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial projects Plan and assign daily work tasks and manpower Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to code Read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and general contractors Track jobsite progress and material needs Maintain jobsite organization and quality control Assist with inspections, punch lists, and project closeout Mentor and develop electricians and apprentices Qualifications Required Experience leading electrical crews in a commercial environment Strong knowledge of electrical systems and jobsite coordination Ability to read blueprints and electrical plans Good communication and leadership skills Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites Preferred Apprentice Foreman, Journeyman Electrician, or Foreman experience Commercial construction background Fire alarm experience a plus OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (preferred) Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Steady commercial work Opportunity for growth into senior foreman or superintendent role Supportive leadership and professional work environment
