Minnesota North Dakota South Dakota Travel is required Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Foreman to lead and supervise construction projects from start to finish. The Foreman will work closely with construction workers and supervisors to ensure things run smoothly at a job site. They will coordinate the tasks for the day, develop schedules for workers and oversee the quality of the project and ensure all safety rules are followed. Duties/Responsibilities Ensure all safety rules are followed. Ensure project schedules are being met. Oversee quality of the project. Train and mentor self-performing labor force. Complete project documentation and recordkeeping as directed by supervisor. Assist in drafting and completing punch lists. Ensure jobsite is clean. Work with the overall project schedule and clients' needs to manage personnel and subcontractors for maximum efficiency and productivity. Manage tools and equipment for projects. Assure proper lead-times are allowed for timely delivery and scheduling. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Two years' construction experience in a supervisory role. Ability to communicate effectively with owners, subcontractors, and internal personnel. Strong leadership, communication, problem solving, and teamwork skills. A valid driver's license, dependable transportation, and a working telephone number are required. Preferred Qualifications 5-7 years or more of previous construction experience. Working Conditions/Physical Requirements Frequently works with/near machinery, electricity, power tools, impact tools, chemicals, fumes, and heights. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will work in all weather conditions. Ability to regularly lift 25 pounds and frequently lift up to 50 pounds. This position will have occasional use and operation of motor vehicles and operate foot pedals.Pay:
$35.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per weekBenefits:
