Masonry Block layer / foreman

We are a well-established, family owned concrete and masonry company looking to add block and brick layers to our crew. Additional compensation for foreman. Concrete experience is a plus. Applicant must work well with others and be a self-starter (without constant direction). We are a small business, and our team members must be willing to pitch in at all levels to get the projects done. Applicant must have reliable transportation and own basic tools. We work hard, but also try to have a good time on the job. We generally have work year-round. We operate out of the north metro and work throughout the Twin Cities. The majority of our work is commercial. We offer competitive pay (including some prevailing wage work), regular pay increases to reward great work and increased responsibilities (supervisor, foreman, ability to do both masonry and concrete, etc.). Responsibilities Lay masonry blocks according to blueprints and specifications, ensuring proper alignment and level. Utilize hand and power tools for cutting, shaping, and laying units. Install rebar and pour concrete to reinforce structures in masonry walls. Collaborate with team members on construction site tasks, adhering to safety protocols. Perform renovation and patching work as needed. Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
