Duties Supervise daily roofing project activities, ensuring safety protocols and quality standards are met at all times Coordinate with project managers, clients, and team members to develop efficient work schedules and resource allocation Utilize hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment to perform roofing tasks such as installation, repair, and restoration Read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute roofing designs and specifications Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks involving concrete forming, metal stud framing, masonry, or tile laying as required Conduct on-site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues early, and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations Assist with construction estimating by assessing materials needed for roofing projects and related tasks like caulking, trim carpentry, or stucco work Experience Proven experience in construction site management or roofing projects with a strong understanding of roofing systems and materials Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and fabrication equipment safely and effectively Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings related to roofing or general construction projects Hands-on experience with various construction trades such as carpentry (including trim carpentry), plumbing, welding, masonry, or remodeling is highly desirable Knowledge of restoration techniques and metal stud framing is a plus Prior handyman experience or working knowledge of heavy lifting procedures enhances your suitability for this role Ability to interpret schematics and technical instructions for complex roofing or construction tasks Join us as a Commercial Roofing Service Foreman where your expertise will drive successful project completion while advancing your career in the vibrant world of construction!
