Job Description

Currently hiring a Commercial Roofing Foreman to join our team and oversee commercial flat and low-slope roofing projects from start to finish. As a Commercial Roofing Foreman, you will be responsible for managing daily operations on roofing job sites, supervising crews, ensuring safety compliance, and ensuring projects stay on budget and deadline. Pay is $40 - $52 per hour based on skill set and level of experience.
Commercial Roofing Foreman Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate roofing installation, repair, and maintenance Lead and motivate roofing crew members to meet project goals Review project plans, blueprints and specifications to ensure proper execution Ensure adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations Manage project timelines, materials, and equipment to optimize productivity. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality control Train and mentor crew members to enhance skills and safety awareness
Commercial Roofing Foreman Qualifications:
Proven experience as a roofing foreman or supervisor Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety procedures. Leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications. Valid driver s license and reliable transportation. Your own tools and
