Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Road Crew Supervisor to lead our mobile installation team. You will oversee the field installation of high-purity sanitary stainless steel piping systems. This role requires extensive travel to client manufacturing facilities. You will ensure projects meet strict FDA, 3A, and USDA sanitary standards while maintaining safety, schedule, and weld quality

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise a mobile road crew of welders, fitters, and laborers on-site Oversee sanitary TIG welders and pipe fitters Review blueprints, P& ID's , and isometric drawings to hit deadlines Enforce OSHA safety regulations and strict food- grade hygienic standards Act as the primary on -site contact for plant managers and project engineers

Qualifications :

3+ years in sanitary stainless steel piping fabrication and installation 2+ years of experience managing mobile road crews or field installation teams Proficient in reading P& ID's , blueprints, and managing orbital or manual TIG purging Ability to travel 100% to various project sites OSHA 30 certification is a major plus We offer Competitive hourly pay with overtime Daily per diem for meals We cover hotel and airfare Company truck Health Insurance 401(k ) matching and paid time off

$36.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 60.0 - 70.0 per week
