We are looking for a reliable, experienced, and hardworking Foreman to lead residential construction and remodeling projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is a skilled, hands-on construction professional who can lead a crew, manage job sites, communicate professionally with customers, and take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship. We need someone who is dependable, organized, takes initiative, and can oversee projects while ensuring work is completed safely, correctly, on schedule, and within budget. Qualifications Proven experience in residential construction, remodeling, or general contracting. Experience with kitchen, bathroom, and basement remodeling. Ability to lead a crew, delegate tasks, and hold team members accountable. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to read plans, understand project layouts, and solve construction problems. Knowledge of construction materials, tools, installation methods, and building practices. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Ability to work independently, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain high standards of workmanship. Must be dependable, punctual, honest, and take pride in doing the job right.

Pay:

$30.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
