Read drawings, follow electrical codes, and deliver safe, accurate work. Plan tasks and materials to reduce downtime, waste, and rework. Install feeders, size wire and conduit, and handle layout and rough-in, including underground work Install and terminate switchgear and devices; terminate cables and control wiring from drawings Troubleshoot motors and controls Read and interpret blueprints, one-lines, schematics, and specifications Stage materials and keep your foreman updated on progress and material needs Train and mentor apprentices Electrical Foreman Lead from the field. Coordinate crews, daily assignments, materials, and schedules. Track productivity and quality, resolve jobsite obstacles, and coach electricians and apprentices. Run daily crew assignments and keep work on schedule Plan and stage materials to limit downtime and rework Track productivity and quality against plan Resolve jobsite obstacles and coordinate with project leadership Coach and develop electricians and apprentices Enforce jobsite safety practices on every job What You'll Bring Strong electrical field experience, blueprint reading and troubleshooting skills, dependable attendance, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.
