This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee maintenance activities across manufacturing or industrial environments, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with all relevant regulations. As a key leader, you will manage multiple teams, coordinate projects, and implement maintenance procedures that keep our facilities running smoothly. Your expertise will drive continuous improvement initiatives and uphold the highest standards of safety and quality. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily operations of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of tasks. Develop and implement maintenance repair procedures for HVAC systems, electrical systems (including high and low voltage), plumbing systems, and mechanical equipment. Manage facilities maintenance teams using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to schedule work orders, track asset history, and optimize maintenance workflows. Oversee troubleshooting and repair of mechanical systems, HVAC units, electrical circuits (including programmable logic controllers), and plumbing infrastructure using schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools. Ensure compliance with safety regulations such as OSHA standards by conducting safety audits, training sessions, and enforcing proper use of personal protective equipment. Lead project management efforts for facilities upgrades or repairs while coordinating with engineering teams to meet project specifications. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, safety incidents, and system performance data for continuous improvement. Monitor industrial maintenance practices to ensure adherence to industry standards for electrical experience, HVAC system repair, plumbing system maintenance, and mechanical systems repair. Manage facilities maintenance teams by providing leadership in team management practices that foster collaboration, accountability, and professional development. Experience Proven supervising experience in facilities management within manufacturing or industrial settings. Strong management skills with the ability to lead diverse technical teams effectively. Extensive mechanical knowledge including HVAC system repair, electrical systems (high/low voltage), plumbing system maintenance and repair. Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, Ohmmeters, and engineering troubleshooting techniques. Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and best practices for industrial environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentation purposes. Experience managing facilities maintenance using CMMS platforms to streamline workflows. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
