  • $42•45/Hour Paul Davis Restoration of Southwest Montana•Belgrade, MT Full-Time | $42•45/hour DOE | Year-Round Work We're looking for the person everyone else on the jobsite turns to when something needs to get done right.
You know construction. You know how to lead people. You solve problems, take ownership, and don't need someone standing over your shoulder to keep a project moving. Winter is coming—and we'll still be working. Restoration is year-round, and we're looking for an experienced Reconstruction Foreman who wants steady work and can lead from the front. Paul Davis Restoration of Southwest Montana is a veteran-owned and operated restoration company serving Southwest Montana. What You'll Do Lead day-to-day field execution of reconstruction projects Direct carpenters, laborers, subcontractors, and other trades Perform hands-on carpentry and reconstruction work as needed Plan daily work, materials, and manpower Read and execute plans, scopes, and specifications Keep projects moving on schedule Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and jobsite professionalism Communicate progress and issues with the Project Manager Professionally represent Paul Davis with customers Take ownership of productivity and field execution from start through completion This is a working Foreman position . You'll still have tools in your hands, but your primary responsibility is making sure the entire jobsite performs. What We're Looking For Strong residential construction, reconstruction, or remodeling experience Strong carpentry and finish-carpentry skills Proven experience leading crews and running jobsites Ability to plan work and coordinate multiple trades Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills High standards for craftsmanship Reliability, accountability, and professional communication Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Restoration experience is a plus, but strong construction leadership and the ability to run a jobsite are more important. Compensation & Benefits $42
