A Construction Foreman supervises work crews at construction sites. Hires and manages construction workers and directs work according to plans developed by a project manager and architects. May specialize in a particular type of building project such as residential or industrial construction, or a particular part or stage of the construction process.
Williams is looking for an experienced Plumbing Foreman to lead our crews and keep projects moving. If you're a skilled plumber who knows how to get the job done and is ready to take the lead, we want to talk to you. This is a hands-on leadership position . You'll spend your time in the field leading your crew, solving problems, coordinating the work, and jumping in when the job needs you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead a plumbing crew and keep the job moving safely and efficiently Read plans, coordinate materials and manpower, and make sure work is done right Work hands-on with your crew to install and troubleshoot plumbing systems Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and other trades Train apprentices and hold your crew to high standards for safety and quality Track daily progress, hours, and jobsite documentation
WHAT YOU BRING
Current Montana Journeyman Plumber license (required) S trong plumbing experience and knowledge of the trade Foreman or crew-lead experience preferred Ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot problems Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Commitment to safety, quality, and getting the job done right Required plumbing licenses/certifications
