The Role:

Plumbing Foreman We are looking for a skilled, leadership-minded Plumbing Foreman to oversee projects and mentor our field team. You will be the "boots on the ground" leader, ensuring that every installation and repair meets the "Campbells Standard."

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage on-site plumbing teams for residential and commercial projects. Ensure all work is completed to code and meets company quality standards. Coordinate with Project Managers and the Management team to keep jobs on schedule. Provide technical mentorship to apprentices and junior technicians. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site. Interact with customers to provide updates and ensure total satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

Journey Level or Master Plumber license preferred, with significant experience in a leadership or foreman role.

Local Expertise:

Familiarity with UPC and Montana challenges (frozen pipes, high-end residential, etc.).

Leadership:

A "lead-by-example" attitude. You aren't afraid to get your hands dirty, but you also know how to manage a team effectively.

Integrity:

You value honesty and quality workmanship above all else.

Communication:

Strong ability to explain technical issues to customers and provide clear direction to your crew.

$93,600.00 - $135,000.00 per year
