The Foreman will provide hands-on technical guidance, supervise crew members, ensure safety and quality standards are followed, and help keep projects on schedule and within expectations. Work will be performed at commercial and residential job sites throughout the area. Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and train crew members on assigned projects. Install, assemble, trim, maintain, and repair fire protection systems. Read and interpret construction blueprints, plans, and diagrams. Provide technical support and guidance to team members. Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements. Submit written job progress reports. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Properly maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment. Follow all company and job-site safety procedures. Attend required training sessions and team meetings. Travel to various job sites as required. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience installing sprinkler or fire protection systems. Previous foreman or crew-lead experience preferred. Experience reading construction blueprints and diagrams. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to train and mentor other team members. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and electronic blueprint systems. Basic math skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required. U.S. work authorization required. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening, background check, and reference checks. Physical Requirements Ability to lift at least 50 pounds .
