Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Foreman to lead and oversee electrical construction projects within the heavy civil and infrastructure sectors. This dynamic role involves managing on-site electrical teams, ensuring project milestones are met with precision, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in construction management, strong supervisory skills, and a deep understanding of electrical systems, schematics, and construction software tools. Duties Lead and supervise electrical crews on construction sites, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and other construction management software Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation and troubleshooting activities Manage procurement of materials and equipment using HeavyBid and other estimating tools to stay within budget constraints Conduct quality control inspections, safety audits, and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations throughout all phases of construction Oversee the installation of electrical systems including pipelines, conduits, wiring, switchgear, and control panels while supervising adherence to schematics and technical standards Utilize tools such as Ohmmeters for testing electrical circuits and troubleshoot issues promptly to minimize delays Qualifications Proven experience in construction management with supervisory responsibilities in electrical projects on heavy civil or infrastructure sites Strong knowledge of construction site safety protocols including OSHA standards Proficiency in construction management software such as Primavera P6, Bluebeam, ProCore, and Primavera for scheduling and project tracking Hands-on experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams for electrical systems Skilled in estimating costs using HeavyBid or similar tools; capable of managing budgets effectively Demonstrated ability to supervise teams while maintaining high standards for quality control and safety compliance Familiarity with pipeline projects or large-scale infrastructure developments is a plus Valid certification in OSHA safety standards; relevant electrician licenses preferred Competence with testing instruments like Ohmmeters for circuit diagnostics; experience with construction estimating is advantageous Join our team to lead impactful projects that shape communities!
