Full Job Description Foreman / Fire Sprinkler Systems Armor Fire Services, LLC — Mount Holly, NC 28120 $28+/hour, based on experience, qualifications, and certifications Full-time | 40+ hours/week guaranteed, if worked | Some overnight and out-of-town travel About the Role As Foreman, you'll lead sprinkler system installation and service work in the field, bringing hands-on expertise and strong leadership to every job site. This role calls for someone who is confident reading blueprints, fitting sprinkler pipe, operating equipment, threading pipe, troubleshooting problems, and keeping a crew organized and on schedule. We're looking for career-minded individuals ready to grow with us, not just fill a seat. What You'll Need Proven expertise in fire sprinkler system installation and service Strong blueprint reading and system design comprehension Skill in sprinkler fitting, pipe threading, and machine operation Solid problem-solving, calculation, and troubleshooting ability Good communication and time management skills Basic computer skills A valid driver's license (required) A professional, presentable appearance Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including participation in our 24-hour service call rotation Ability to meet the physical demands of the job: lifting, squatting, and climbing ladders while carrying up to 100 lbs. Comfort working outdoors, at heights, and on ladders or aerial lifts Systems You'll Work With Wet systems, dry systems, deluge systems, water mist systems, pre-action systems, special hazards systems, fire pumps, fire hydrants, underground mains, foam systems, backflow testing & repair, tank inspections, standpipe systems, and more.
