Job Description

Benefits:
Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k Short- and Long-Term Disability, PTO at 6 Months, Holiday Pay at 90 days Job Duties Lead and support team members in daily production operations. Monitor production processes to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. Assist with training employees and providing guidance as needed. Operate and monitor production equipment and assist with basic troubleshooting. Ensure company safety procedures, policies, and PPE requirements are followed. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Communicate production, quality, safety and equipment concerns to management. License Forklift Operator (preferred). Perform other duties as assigned.
SUCCESS FACTORS/JOB COMPETENCIES
Previous mechanical experience
PREFERRED EDUCATION/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES
High School Diploma or GED / forklift
ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS
Must be able to learn and perform all scheduled job procedures independently; to keep the assigned job functioning at all times.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
Must be physically equipped to maintain an upright, walking position for a twelve (12) hour shifts. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Must keep work area and machines clean. Wear required personal protective equipment at all times and adhered to all safety rules and procedures.
