This hands-on role is responsible for safely directing daily operations, coordinating crews and equipment, maintaining production schedules, and delivering quality work that exceeds client expectations. The ideal candidate is a respected leader who leads by example, communicates effectively, develops their crew, and takes pride in building projects safely, efficiently, and with excellent craftmanship.

Key Responsbilities:

Lead and supervise field crews on heavy civil construction projects. Plan daily work activities to maximize safety, productivity, and efficiency. Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to meet project schedules. Read and interpret plans, specifications, grades, and construction layouts. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company quality standards and project specifications. Promote a strong safety culture by conducting daily huddles and JHA's. Train, coach, and mentor crew members Monitor production goals and proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency. Complete daily reports, timecards, equipment documentation, and other required project records. What We're Looking For Experience leading crews on heavy civil construction projects including earthwork, utilities, grading, concrete, roadway, bridge, or similar infrastructure work. Strong understanding of construction methods, equipment operations, and safe work practices. Ability to read construction plans and communicate project expectations clearly. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold crews accountable. Willingness to travel to project sites throughout the company's operating region.
