Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Framer Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing the structural framework of buildings, ensuring precision and safety at every step. Your expertise in framing and related carpentry skills will contribute to the successful completion of diverse projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on challenging construction sites, utilize a variety of tools and techniques, and grow your career in the construction industry. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately construct frameworks and structures Execute framing tasks including woodworking, trim carpentry, siding, roofing Operate power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment, and welding equipment safely and efficiently Assist with demolition, restoration, remodeling projects, and siding installation as needed Collaborate with construction management teams to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining high-quality standards Requirements Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on framing carpentry and metal building erection Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights when required Excellent understanding of construction safety protocols and site management practices 5+ years of experience in framing Join us if you're passionate about building durable structures with precision!
