Job Description

Construction Foreman - Carpentry & Installation We are looking for an experienced Construction Foreman to join a well-established Lincoln company specializing in residential and commercial door, window, and construction installation. This is a great opportunity for someone who has spent years in the construction industry and is ready to take ownership of jobs, lead a crew, and make sure work is completed correctly from start to finish. You do not need to come specifically from the window and door industry. We are interested in experienced construction professionals with backgrounds in carpentry, framing, remodeling, finish work, windows and doors, siding, general construction, or installation. If you have been a Foreman, Lead Carpenter, Crew Lead, Working Foreman, Construction Supervisor, or experienced carpenter who has naturally become the person others rely on , we would like to talk with you. What You'll Be Doing Lead and oversee construction and installation crews Coordinate daily work and keep jobs moving on schedule Work alongside the crew when needed Oversee installation of windows, doors, trim, and related construction products Read measurements, plans, and job specifications Make sure materials, tools, and equipment are ready for each job Troubleshoot problems that come up in the field Communicate with customers, contractors, and the office Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy Train and mentor less-experienced crew members Maintain a professional and safe jobsite Take ownership of projects from start through completion What We're Looking For Several years of hands-on construction experience Strong carpentry or installation background Experience with framing, finish carpentry, remodeling, windows, doors, trim, siding, or general construction Previous foreman, lead, or crew leadership experience preferred Ability to measure accurately and understand how a job should be built and installed Comfortable troubleshooting construction issues in the field Strong communication and organizational skills Someone who can lead people while still being willing to work alongside them Dependable, professional, and takes pride in quality workmanship We are looking for someone who knows construction, understands how to lead a crew, and can walk onto a jobsite and figure things out. Pay:
$28.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 45.0 per week
