Construction Foreman ( Demolition)

Duties:

• Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate construction
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and construction crews
• Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure adherence to project specifications
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues or deficiencies
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Manage project budgets, including cost estimation and control
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and interpreting schematics
• Familiarity with construction estimating and quality control processes
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage a team and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
