As a foreman, you will lead a team of skilled laborers and machine operators to complete various excavation projects. Your responsibilities will include digging and installing water, sewer, gas, and electrical lines, as well as excavating a variety of foundation types and septic systems. You will also be responsible for rough and final grading. You will oversee all aspects of the job site, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with precision. Operating heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, and skid steers will be second nature to you. Your expertise will help you troubleshoot on-site challenges while maintaining a productive workflow. By staying in constant communication with your team and other leaders, you will foster an environment of hard work and dedication to completing tasks effectively.
