Dow Construction is hiring experienced carpenters. We build custom homes, remodels, additions, garages, and barns in the White Mountains. We're based in Conway, driven by a passion for craftsmanship and committed to using quality materials.

What you would own:

Oversight of multiple crews High level sequencing Training and mentoring lead carpenters Jobsite problem resolution Quality assurance across projects What we are looking for: 10+ years in residential construction, several of them supervising You think ahead in weeks, not days You have managed labor budgets and can talk about hours against plan You have brought lead carpenters up under you Comfortable in front of a client What we offer: $45-55/hr, W-2 Guaranteed 40 hours a week Profit sharing 5 paid holidays Company workwear We supply power tools.
