Job Description

Swallow & Sons Excavation is Hiring! We're looking for a motivated, dependable individual to join our growing team.
Requirements:
Valid Class A CDL Multiple years of experience driving dump trucks Experience operating excavators, skid steers, and loaders Ability to read construction and septic plans Strong work ethic and willingness to jump between operating equipment and helping with hand labor as needed Ability to think ahead, oversee job progress, and keep laborers productive Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
What You'll Be Doing:
Driving dump trucks to and from job sites Operating heavy equipment on excavation, sitework, septic, and paving projects Assisting with hand work when needed Reading plans and helping ensure jobs stay on schedule Supervising crews and keeping work moving efficiently
Winter Work:
This is a year-round position. During the winter you'll be: Plowing snow Checking parking lots during early morning hours Salting and sanding Performing equipment maintenance and repairs when not plowing If you're looking for a long-term career with a company that takes pride in quality work and values hardworking employees, we'd like to hear from you.
Pay:
$25.00 - $40.00 per hour
