About Total Site Solution Total Site Solutions is a Site Planning and Excavation company, located in the highly sought after Mount Washington Valley in New Hampshire. We specialize in site planning, and precision excavation for challenging site work projects. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced, dependable Residential Sitework and Excavation Foreman to lead and oversee residential site projects from start to finish. The Foreman will be responsible for supervising crew members and subcontractors, coordinating daily job-site activities, coordinating vendors, maintaining quality and safety standards, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and according to plan. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in hard work, has an understanding of engineering, and finds joy in the responsibility of seeing a project through to completion. Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential sitework construction Proven experience leading and supervising a construction crew Strong understanding of residential construction practices and sequencing Ability to read and understand plans, drawings, and specifications Strong communication and organization skills Please consider joining our growing team!
