Duties:

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building codes to ensure compliance
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances
• Perform heavy lifting as required for equipment and materials
• Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete plumbing tasks
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as electricians and HVAC technicians, to complete projects
• Conduct inspections to identify plumbing issues and provide recommendations for repairs or upgrades
• Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing problems in a timely manner
• Perform pipe threading, soldering, welding, and other necessary tasks

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of plumbing systems
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized plumbing equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building codes
• Experience with HVAC systems is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve plumbing issues
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
