In this pivotal role, you will coordinate daily operations on-site, manage teams of skilled workers, ensure adherence to safety standards, and maintain project schedules. Your expertise in construction management, blueprint reading, and site supervision will drive project success while fostering a safe and productive work environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality commercial construction projects and develop your leadership skills within a collaborative team. Responsibilities Supervise and manage construction crews, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and according to project specifications Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to guide on-site activities and verify work accuracy Coordinate construction schedules to meet deadlines Review and interpret technical documents, and construction drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements Oversee safety protocols in accordance with OSHA and federal construction safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety on-site Lead team safety meetings and communicate project updates effectively Assist with site preparation, including clearing, leveling, and setting up work zones in accordance with safety regulations. Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks such as jack hammering, Shoveling, Raking, Luting and assembling materials. Mix and pour concrete and perform finishing work such as smoothing surfaces and applying sealants. Handle heavy lifting of materials, equipment and tools. Follow all construction workplace safety regulations diligently to ensure a secure environment for everyone on site. Skills Extensive experience with construction site management in commercial or residential projects Strong knowledge of construction regulations including OSHA standards and federal safety requirements Skilled in blueprint reading, interpreting schematics, technical drawings, and schematics for accurate execution of work Proven ability to supervise teams effectively while managing multiple priorities on complex projects Join us as a Construction Foreman to lead impactful projects that shape communities while advancing your career in a fast-paced environment.
