Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sitework Foreman to lead crews on civil and site development projects in the Newington, NH area. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with a strong background in earthwork, excavation, utilities, grading, and field layout, and a commitment to safety, quality, and productivity. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of sitework crews Read and interpret site plans, grading plans, and project specifications Perform and oversee site layout and foundation layout Utilize GPS/rover equipment for layout and grading accuracy Use Procore for project communication, documentation, and tracking Operate heavy equipment as needed while leading the crew Enforce OSHA and company safety standards Coordinate equipment, materials, and subcontractors Monitor job progress, quality, and crew productivity Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, and team members Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Sitework Foreman or similar role Strong background in surveying, GPS/rover use, and site layout Experience with foundation layout and civil site development Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management software Skilled heavy equipment operator with civil construction experience Proven ability to lead crews and manage field operations Valid driver's license and reliable transportation OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred Pay & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Full benefits package Consistent, local work Opportunities for career advancement Apply today to join a team offering steady work, a strong pipeline of projects, and long-term growth opportunities.
