Now Hiring:
Foreman/Supervisor We are seeking a self-motivated, experienced Sitework Excavation & Utility Foreman to join our team. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily crew operations , ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget while upholding FUSW's safety and quality standards . Key Responsibilities ✅ Project Management & Execution Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure work aligns with project scope. Oversee sitework activities, including grading, excavation, and utility installation . Perform layout using lasers, transits, and GPS for accurate lines and grades. Adapt to changing site conditions , including different soil types and material adjustments. ✅ Crew Leadership & Coordination Supervise and direct equipment operators, laborers, and subcontractors . Assign daily tasks, manage workflow, and ensure safe, efficient, and productive operations. Conduct weekly toolbox talks and enforce OSHA safety protocols . Ensure proper maintenance and daily inspections of equipment. ✅ Scheduling & Documentation Work closely with the Operations Manager to create and update schedules. Track plan changes, scope revisions, and potential change orders . Maintain daily reports, timesheets, material logs, and jobsite safety records . Attend project meetings and coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors . Qualifications & Skills ✔ 5+ years of experience in commercial sitework with a strong background in utilities and excavation . ✔ Proven leadership and crew management experience in a supervisory role. ✔ Strong math skills for calculating grades, slopes, and elevations. ✔ Advanced knowledge of construction blueprints, layouts, and material applications . ✔ Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety best practices . ✔ Experience with lasers, transits, and GPS layout systems . ✔ Ability to adapt to changing conditions and problem-solve on-site . ✔ Strong communication and organizational skills. Licenses & Certifications (Required/Preferred) ✅ Valid Driver's License (Required) ✅ OSHA 30 Certification (Required) ✅ Confined Space Entry (Preferred) ✅ Medical Card (Required) (FUSW can help facilitate this) ✅ CPR/First Aid Certification (Preferred) Why Join Form-Up Sitework LLC?
