Job Description
Are you a hands-on leader with experience in heavy civil construction, site development, and underground utilities? We're looking for a Civil-Site Construction Foreman to lead field crews on excavation, utility, and sitework projects throughout Southern New Hampshire. What You'll Do Lead and mentor field crews while working alongside them on active job sites Coordinate daily production, labor, equipment, and materials Read and interpret civil plans, grades, and utility profiles Oversee excavation, pipe installation, grading, and site preparation Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards Conduct daily safety meetings and maintain OSHA compliance Complete daily reports and communicate progress with the Superintendent and Project Manager What We're Looking For 3+ years of heavy civil, excavation, utility, or site development experience Previous experience leading crews as a Foreman, Leadperson, or Crew Lead Strong knowledge of underground utilities, grading, trenching, and sitework Ability to read blueprints, grades, and construction plans Experience with excavators, loaders, dozers, backhoes, and other heavy equipment Valid driver's license (CDL and OSHA certifications are a plus) Why Join Us?
