Pay:
$45-$50 per hour, depending on experience We are looking for a reliable, experienced foreman who can lead electrical crews, coordinate daily field activities, and make sure work is completed safely, correctly, and according to project drawings and specifications.
Responsibilities:
Supervise electricians and apprentices on the job site Plan and assign daily work to crew members Read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, schedules, and details Coordinate electrical work with other trades and site supervision Lay out electrical rooms, feeders, branch circuits, lighting, power, and equipment connections Ensure installations meet NEC, project specifications, and local code requirements Monitor productivity and keep the project on schedule Coordinate material, equipment, and manpower requirements Identify field conflicts and report RFIs or project issues to the Project Manager Perform and supervise conduit installation, wire pulling, terminations, panels, lighting, devices, and electrical equipment Maintain a safe and organized job site Conduct toolbox talks and enforce company safety procedures Track employee hours and daily work performed Communicate daily progress, delays, and material needs to the Project Manager Inspect completed work for quality before inspections Coordinate with inspectors when required Maintain professional communication with the GC, subcontractors, and other trades
Requirements:
Strong commercial electrical experience Previous experience leading an electrical crew Ability to read electrical and architectural drawings Strong knowledge of NEC requirements Ability to organize manpower and meet project schedules Good communication and leadership skills Must be dependable and able to work independently OSHA certification is preferred We are looking for someone who takes ownership of the job, can lead a crew effectively, and maintains high standards for quality and safety.

$45.00 - $50.00 per hour
