As a Roofing Foreman at Keystone Roofing and Siding, you'll lead the charge in delivering exceptional customer experiences through exceptional roofing installations. Join our team of skilled roofer foremen today! Key Responsibilities Manage the Process of Roof installation andRepair Including:
- Install, repair, and maintain roofs using various materials and techniques.
- Inspect roofs for damage and determine the best course of action for repairs.
- Remove old roofing materials and prepare surfaces for new materials.
- Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific dimensions.
- Install insulation and vapor barriers to ensure energy efficiency.
- Apply waterproofing layers to protect against leaks.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure proper installation and safety standards are met. Qualifications
- Proven experience as a roofer or in a similar construction role.
- Knowledge of construction estimating and blueprint reading.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and ability to work at heights
- Monday - Friday 40-50 hours per week.
