Job Description

All Vinyl Fencing, LLC is seeking an experienced Fence / Railing / Decking Foreman to join our growing team. We are looking for a dependable, motivated, hands-on leader who takes pride in quality workmanship and has experience leading construction or installation crews in the field. All Vinyl Fencing is an established, family-owned and operated company based in Hammonton, NJ. We perform a wide variety of residential, commercial, government, and public works projects throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. Our work includes fencing, railing, decking, gates, access control, and specialty projects. Our crews work on everything from residential installations to large-scale commercial, municipal, school, government, and public works projects. There is significant room for growth within our company for someone who is motivated, dependable, and interested in building a long-term career with us.
Responsibilities include:
Lead and supervise fence, railing, and decking installation crews Work hands-on alongside crew members during installations Coordinate daily job-site operations and crew assignments Review project plans, drawings, layouts, measurements, and specifications Lay out fence lines and properly install posts, panels, gates, railing, decking, and related components Perform residential, commercial, government, and public works installations Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and project requirements Coordinate materials, tools, equipment, and daily job-site needs Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites Monitor crew productivity, workmanship, and job progress Communicate with project managers, office staff, customers, general contractors, inspectors, and other trades as needed Identify and resolve field conditions and installation issues Properly operate and oversee the use of company vehicles, trailers, power tools, and construction equipment Ensure tools, equipment, and company property are properly maintained Represent All Vinyl Fencing professionally on ALL job sites
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous fence, railing, decking, carpentry, or similar construction experience is required.
Ideal candidates will have:
Previous experience as a Foreman, Lead Installer, Crew Leader, or similar construction leadership position Fence installation experience Decking and/or railing installation experience General construction or carpentry knowledge Ability to accurately measure, lay out, level, plumb, cut, assemble, and install materials Experience using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment Ability to read and understand plans, drawings, measurements, and job specifications Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to effectively manage and motivate a crew Strong attention to detail and pride in finished workmanship Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and make decisions in the field Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to perform physically demanding construction work, including lifting and carrying materials Valid driver's license and a clean/reliable driving record is
REQUIRED
Experience working on commercial, prevailing wage, government, or public works projects is a plus Bilingual is a plus We are actively looking to fill this position.
