We are proactive, dedicated and resourceful partners to our clients. Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Commercial Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating electrical construction crews on commercial job sites, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans, specifications, and schedules. This role includes directing field personnel, managing daily job site activities, coordinating materials and equipment, and serving as the on-site point of contact between field teams, project managers, and clients to ensure successful project execution.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in commercial electrical construction, with a proven ability to lead field crews on projects such as commercial, industrial, or large-scale tenant fit-outs. They should have a solid understanding of electrical systems, construction drawings, and job site coordination, along with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience ensuring safety compliance, managing schedules, and coordinating with multiple trades is highly preferred, as well as the ability to adapt to changing field conditions while maintaining project productivity and quality standards. Key Responsibilities
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial electrical construction, with prior foreman or lead electrician experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, NEC code, and construction methods
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate field crews
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience working on commercial, industrial, or large-scale construction projects
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing job site conditions
  • OSHA certification or strong understanding of job site safety practices preferred
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in the field. Qualifications Required
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial electrical construction
  • Prior experience as a foreman, lead electrician, or similar field leadership role
  • Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
  • Solid knowledge of electrical systems and National Electrical Code (NEC) standards
  • Proven ability to supervise and coordinate electrical crews on active job sites
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to direct field personnel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to safety and quality standards
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification Preferred
  • Experience on large-scale commercial or industrial electrical projects
  • Familiarity with tenant fit-outs, ground-up construction, or complex electrical installations
  • Experience coordinating with general contractors, project managers, and other trades
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve field issues independently
  • Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, materials, and job site productivity efficiently
Compensation & Benefits Pay:
